Our promise: if something didn’t work, we fix it, or you get your money back. We decide every refund request ourselves, case by case, under this policy and the law.
When a job fails
If a paid job stops on your device, your purchase stays valid for 24 hours so you can try again, also on another device. Still not working? Send us a message through the Help page with the topic “Refund”. Ticking “Include technical info” helps us find the problem. We aim to answer within 2 working days: we get it working for you (for example with a free code to try again), or refund you if we can’t.
Every purchase starts as soon as you pay
A single action, a day pass and a monthly or yearly plan all start as soon as you pay. When you buy, you agree to this and lose the 14-day right to withdraw from then on. So a purchase is not refunded because you didn’t use it, changed your mind or forgot to cancel a plan.
You can always ask
Something not right? Ask on the “Your purchases” page, under “Request a refund”, on a device where the purchase is unlocked, and tell us briefly what happened. We look at every request ourselves and decide case by case: we fix the problem, offer an alternative such as a free day pass, refund part of the payment, or refund it in full. If it didn’t work and we can’t fix it, you get your money back.
What we don’t refund
- A purchase that worked as described, when you simply changed your mind, didn’t use it or forgot to cancel a plan.
- A month or year of a plan you paid for, also after you cancel: the plan keeps working until the end of that period. Cancel before the next renewal to stop paying.
- Free codes and gifts: nothing was paid.
- Requests this policy does not cover, or that look like abuse. Instead of a refund, we may also offer an alternative, such as a free day pass.
How refunds are paid
We aim to answer within 2 working days; that is a target, not a promise. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Paddle, our reseller, usually within 5 to 10 days. After a full refund, the purchase stops working on every device and a plan is stopped; after a partial refund, it keeps working. Your rights under consumer law always apply, whatever this policy says.
