Reviews help other people choose, so they must be real. This is how we keep them honest.
- Anyone who used Toolcocoon can write a review on the Reviews page. Reviews from paying customers (through the link in their purchase email, or on a device where their purchase is unlocked) show "Verified purchase"; other reviews don't.
- One review per purchase, and one review a day per device without a purchase. A refunded purchase can't be reviewed as a verified purchase.
- We show your stars, your text, your first name, your country and which tool it was about. Never your email address.
- We read every review before it appears. We only refuse reviews that are spam, abusive, off-topic, or that contain personal details. We never refuse a review because it is negative.
- Reviews are shown newest first. The average score counts every published review.
- We may reply in public. We never change what you wrote.
- Ask us to remove your review at any time through the Help page.
- We don't pay for reviews and don't offer anything in return.
