What one action costs

- One action always costs less than a day pass. Need several files in one day? The day pass covers them all.
- Fair use. Passes and plans are unlimited for normal personal use: you would have to make hundreds of files a day to notice a limit. A purchase is for you, on up to 3 of your own devices; one used by a script or shared with others may be slowed down or stopped.

Questions about paying
Do I need an account?
No. After paying, this device is unlocked straight away. On another device, enter your email and we send you a one-time link.
What counts as one action?
One result is one action. Combining several PDFs into one file is one action. You can retry or download the same result again for 24 hours.
Do monthly and yearly plans renew automatically?
Yes, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before the next renewal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for; that period isn’t refunded. For the yearly plan, we email you a week before it renews, with a link to cancel.
Will my price go up?
If our prices go up, your monthly or yearly price stays the same for as long as your plan is active.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if something didn’t work and we can’t fix it. Every purchase starts as soon as you pay, so it isn’t refunded because you didn’t use it, changed your mind or forgot to cancel a plan: cancel a plan before the next renewal to stop paying. You can always ask on the “Your purchases” page: we look at every request ourselves, usually within 2 working days, and may offer a free day pass, a partial refund or a refund.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our reseller, handles the checkout, the invoice and any tax. We never see your card details.
Can I do many files at once?
Yes, on tools marked "Many files at once": choose up to 5 files and each is made with the same settings, as its own file. Included in the day pass, monthly and yearly. A single action covers one file.
Is there a limit on passes?
Not for normal personal use: make as many files as you like. Only if a purchase makes hundreds of files in a short time, for example from a script, the tool asks you to wait a few minutes. A purchase is for you, on up to 3 of your own devices; one shared with others may be stopped.
What if I already have a pass?
On a device where your pass is active, you are never asked to pay again: the tool uses your pass. On another device, enter the email you bought with on the "Your purchases" page. If you start a payment with an email that already has a pass, we warn you first.
